SPONSORSHIP GUIDELINES
The HiPC conference series has a strong relationship with industry, both within India and internationally, including industry involvement in its steering and organizing committees. Due to Covid-19 pandemic HiPC 2020 will be a virtual online event. With the pandemic challenge HiPC is trying to adapt to meet the challenge of bringing the HPC, Big Data and Analytics community together by transitioning to an online virtual conference experience. This is consistent with what all other top tier conferences are doing this year. Our plan is to have the main technical tracks and keynote lectures.
The sponsorship rate for this year has been set for Rs. 1 lakh or $1500 and the benefits include:
- Logo on the website, publicity materials, and program booklet.
- Recognizing all sponsors at the conference opening ceremony.
- 30 complimentary registrations.
- Link from HiPC page to a microsite of your choice.
- Speaking slot of 5 min after keynote lectures.
- 10 mins *video from the sponsors will be published on different social media **channels of HiPC.
- One ***poster from the sponsor will be published on HiPC social media **channel.

ABOUT HiPC
HiPC 2020 is the 27th edition of the IEEE International Conference on High Performance Computing, Data, and Analytics. The conference focus is not only HPC but also includes Data Science. The meeting will be organized under two focus areas: High Performance Computing (HPC) and Scalable Data Science. The conference features a robust single-track technical program of peer reviewed papers and invited keynote lectures.
CALL FOR PAPERS
Authors are invited to submit original unpublished research manuscripts that demonstrate current research in all areas of high performance computing, and scalable data science and analytics. Please note we are at the receiving the Camera-Ready versions after the review and acceptance decision.

UPDATE: Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, HiPC 2020 will be held virtually this year. The registration fees for authors will be reduced, and details regarding the same will be communicated later. We are currently working with the sponsors to offer complimentary access to the online proceedings publication as well as participation in the virtual meeting.
