1) PROCEEDINGS ON LINE

The conference proceedings of HiPC 2019 are published in two volumes with two separate ISBN’s: one for the regular conference technical program (HiPC) and one for the workshops (HiPCW). The online version of the publication is available to all registered attendees who have received email with the password to access the webpub. (Write to info@hipc.org/hipc2020/hipc2020 if you are registered but have not received the password.)

This year, the HiPC proceedings, still in two volumes with separate ISBN’s, may be accessed as one webpub.

The usernames and password were sent by email to all registrants and may also be accessed from Publications in the Mobile App.

The Conference Publishing Services (CPS) of the IEEE Computer Society is the publisher of the HIPC 2019 proceedings. Post conference, the papers in the two volumes of proceedings will be submitted for inclusion to the IEEE Xplore Digital Library. Papers not presented at the conference will not be included.

If you experience any difficulties accessing the 2019 proceedings, you may need to change browsers and/or you should check whether you have used a different password previously in accessing any other proceedings from the conferences.computer.org website. In that case – if you are on a Mac – you may need to open “Keychain Access” and find the website and remove the old password.

The HiPC 2019 Mobile App may be accessed in three formats. Search for Conference Publishing Services in your app store or from the links below. The Schedule section will link you to details on each event.
